Welcome to my little corner of the net! I am excited to have a place where I can showcase my latest work and let my clients have a sneak peek of their pictures before they are put in private galleries. There are a lot of changes going on with Katie Watkins Photography and I am really excited to have a place to share them with you as things develop.
Winter in Reno brings on the snow and a slow down in weddings. I am thankful to have a time to rest and rejuvinate for the busy summer months ahead. At the moment I am busy taking baby pictures, maternity pictures and family sessions. I know that brides love to have inspiration for their weddings so I will be posting some of my favorites from 2008!
So grab a cup of coffee, sit back and enjoy the pictures.

Grayson is a special little guy. He keeps his mother on her toes with an unusual breath holding habit that causes him to pass out on a daily basis. He is a very serious little guy and his mother and I worked hard at getting him to crack a smile with no luck. He is so darn cute for being such a serious little man!
I have been taking pictures of Raegan since she was a newborn. It is hard to believe that she has already a year old! She is a fiery little thing and a lot of fun!
I was able to make a trip over to Chico, my hometown, for the shower of one of my dear childhood friends. Lauri is one of the most bubbly, energetic, and sweetest girls I know. After her shower we drove to the orchards for some pictures of her growing tummy. There is a little girl hiding in there!
In a week all of these trees will be covered in the most beautiful almond blossoms. It is one of the sweetest seasons in Chico and I miss it dearly!
