It was so fun to photograph Ashton and Cody’s wedding as her mother is a close friend of mine and her father is the pastor of our church. I heard about many of the details of the wedding leading up to their big day and it was fun to see it all pull together into a beautiful and FUN wedding. Ashton and Cody were truly excited about their marriage and sharing the joy of it with everyone around them. Ashton was stunning in her beautiful dress and Cody was pretty handsome himself in his tux. They are such a beautiful couple and it was great to see so many of their friends and family join in their celebration.
It was a warm day at the Chism House and a very sunny ceremony and I love how their photographs reflect the beautiful day. Many of Ashton’s family helped with the decorations and flowers. Ashton had the biggest bouquet I have ever seen and it was beautiful. Congratulations Ashton and Cody!

Dianna and John were married at the Chism House in front of the beautiful pond. It was a very cold day but it didn’t stop anyone from celebrating their marriage. It was beautiful during the ceremony when the sun finally came out and lit up the pond during their vows. Dianna and John had to wait an extra year for this special day and it was a beautiful celebration of their love and commitment to each other. Congratulations!

It was a joy to be able to photograph Kimmy and Michael’s wedding. I am taking a little break from weddings this year but when Kimmy asked I couldn’t say no. I have known her since she was a baby and her big sister is one of my best friends so it was so much fun to be apart of her big day. I had to make a drive to Fresno, California but it was worth it for such a special day. Michael couldn’t be nicer and it was so fun to see how much he adored Kimmy. These two hardly noticed I was taking pictures of them, they were so crazy about each other!
I was a little unsure of what I would be able to capture for them with their wedding taking place in a warehouse church but I am very happy with what we came up with for their outdoor portraits. You would never know that we were in a full parking lot on a busy road! My favorite pictures are of the of the father/daughter dance since I know how much her dad loves his girls. It was a very sweet moment to see him with his little girl on the dance floor. Michael married into a pretty great family!!
